Gizzys.com fully guarantees the quality of its products! Our plants come directly from the grower and are packaged and shipped with care. After delivery, the care and living conditions of the plant cannot be checked by us. Does the quality of the plant deteriorate (rapidly) within 2 months? Then contact us! With our knowledge and possibly the advice of a grower, we can advise you, so that you can enjoy your product again afterwards.
Is there something wrong with the product immediately after delivery? Send us a photo of the plant via email@example.com Then we will come up with a suitable solution within 2 working days.
We take every possible care in sending our products. The plant is sent in a beautiful gift box that has been developed for sending our concepts. Has the plant or pot arrived damaged? Send us the photos below via firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 2 working days of receipt of the complaint or question. In order to properly handle the complaint, we ask you to send the following:
- A photo of the outside of the package with the package label visible.
- A photo of the opened package where the contents and the inner packaging in the package are clearly visible.
- A photo of the entire size of the product.
- A detail photo/close-up of the specific damage to the item.
After you receive your order, you can view and use it within the 14-day period, but only in the way you would in the store. If the products have decreased in value due to you, we will deduct this from the amount that will be refunded.
As soon as we have received the package in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it, your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days, including the original shipping costs. The same payment method will be used with which the order was placed.
Gizzys.com covers the shipping costs of the return. The customer is responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. It is therefore important to pack the package in such a way that damage to the package is prevented. Please ensure the product is shipped in its original packaging and keep copies of receipts and track & trace numbers as proof of shipment. If the exchange and return conditions do not meet the above conditions, Gizzys.com reserves the right to return the order to the recipient, and hold the recipient responsible for the shipping costs.
